Delhi High Court dismisses Kejriwal’s PIL

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to remove Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from office was denied by the Delhi High Court.

Following Arvind Kejriwal’s detention by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money laundering case involving the now-canceled Delhi excise policy, the Delhi High Court on Thursday denied a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking Kejriwal’s removal from the position of chief minister of Delhi.
