In Goa many times we see migrant children engaged in child labour at the beach, in markets and even in homes as domestic help.
One single thought in your mind would be “I must file a complaint, but where can I file this complaint?”
Now you need not hesitate, all you need to do is visit the “Platform for Effective Enforcement for No Child Labour” pencil.gov.in
This portal provides you the opportunity to file your Complaint and also to track its status.
● Keep in touch with the Deputy Labour Commissioners at Margao & Panaji who are the Nodal Officers for action against Child Labour in Goa. visit labour.goa.gov.in
● During this year keep in touch with the CHILD COMMITTEE in your Village Panchayat & Municipal Council. Encourage them to organise Bal Gram Sabhas so that children can speak out against child labour.
