PM Modi will open India Energy Week today in Goa.

The PM will kick off India Energy Week and the ONGC Sea Survival Centre at the South Goan village of Betul in the morning.

In addition to laying the cornerstone for many projects totaling more than ₹ 1,330 crore, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate the permanent campus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) to the country on Tuesday, marking the start of India Energy Week 2024 in Goa.
Additionally, PM Modi will speak about the Viksit Bharat and Goa 2047 initiative.

The PM will kick off India Energy Week and the ONGC Sea Survival Centre in the morning in Betul village in South Goa.
According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office, he would take part in the afternoon Viksit Bharat, Viksit Goa 2047 session at Fatorda.

It will bring together the whole energy value chain and be the largest and only comprehensive energy expo and conference in India. It will also act as a catalyst for the country’s energy transformation ambitions. According to the statement, the PM will host a roundtable with CEOs and experts from the global oil and gas industry.

To meet the needs of students, teachers, and staff at the institute, the recently constructed NIT Goa campus features a variety of amenities, including complexes for different wings, dormitories, a health facility, staff quarters, an amenity centre, a sports area, and other utilities.
The National Institute of Watersports’ new campus will be dedicated to the public by the prime minister as well.
He will lay the cornerstone for the Passenger Ropeway, which will connect Panaji with Reis Magos in North Goa, as well as related tourist initiatives.
