The Supreme Court has stayed the High Court order setting aside the reservation notification of the 5 Municipalities.
The Government had filed special leave petition in the Supreme Court against the High Court order. Government had prayed to grant special leave and to stay the High Court order. This stay paves way for the election of all the Municipalities and Panaji Corporation together.
