Calangute Police team on 22nd June arrested two accused persons for stealing a mobile phone from the boot compartment of a two wheeler scooter parked in Calangute market area. He is involved in yet another theft case registered in Margao.
The accused Santosh Kattimani. who is aged, 36 years, a native of Bijapur, Karnataka was apprehended today by Calangute Police team comprising of Police Constables Shasank Sakhalkar, Dinesh Morajkar and Rupesh Salgaonkar Samsung. The accused robbed a M 11 mobile phone and cash of Rs 9,400 from boot of two scooters parked at Calangute market area.
He is previously involved in a theft case at Margao. Two separate offences are registered in the above matter. One Shri Mohamad Irfan, aged 22 years, a native of Hyderabad was apprehended in another theft case of Samsung A 7 mobile phone worth Rs 12,000/- at Calangute market. Further investigation is in progress
