A complain has been filed against We for Fatorda Management Committee of Murida – Fatorda for the death of the footballer Alister Vaz and to seal off the We For Fatorda ground in Murida.
Alleging negligence negligence the Fatorda Scheduled Tribes Association recalled that on the fateful day of 24/01/2021 the one footballers named Alister Vaz aged 29 years of Resident of Agalli – Fatorda died while playing football at We for Fatorda Ground – Fatorda.
“We are shocked that our young boy Alister Vaz died while playing football tournament on We For Fatorda Ground we strongly condemn that incident happen on the ground which is due to negligence done by the We for Fatorda Management Committee said above recently. He married hardly 2 months back. The Association alleged that they organisation has illegally allowed to organize the tournament on the ground.
There was no first aid medical, no doctor and no ambulance for the emergency We strongly demand to action against The Management of We for Fatorda because we lost our S.T. Community Son of Fatorda
Camilo Baretto of the Association said that they have no complain against the organizer of Football Tournament but only The Management Committee of We For Fatorda who they said should be taken to task.
“We demand to seal the ground until the Investigation is done. We want justice to our Fatorda Son Alister Vaz. It is a big loss for S.T Community” the complaint given to Fatorda Police read.
