Goa Forward Party President Vijai Sardesai has taken on the Government of Goa claiming that it wants to somehow paralyse the Margao Municipal Council. He also said that the Government has given up and it can’t save Goa anymore.
He spoke after inaugurating the work of desilting nallah opposite the District & Session Court in Fatorda. On the Goa Statehood Day the GFP President said “The judge appointed by the Government itself is saying that only god can save Goa which tells a lot about the Government. The Government is not bothered of the people hence the people will have to stay alert” said Vijai. “DMA is acting on his master’s voice, the Governments intention not to allow the Municipality to function” criticised Vijai.
Vijai alleged that a Chief Officer of MMC has been given Covid19 commandant post due to which he is very busy. “Government wants to somehow paralyse the MMC, they had planned to bring the council down which they failed. The Government only wants to play politics” GFP President alleged.
