Referring to the Ban on slaughter of cattle in Karnataka due to which the supply of beef is stopped to the State of Goa, the Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’sa requested the Chief Minister of Goa to make beef available in the state before Christmas.
Wilfred D’sa said that beef is the main low cost meat consumed by the Minority Communities and if the supply is stopped during this COVID-19 Pandemic, the rates of Chicken, Mutton and Pork will be extra burden on the common man.
