The accused who were arrested from Begusarai, Bihar for illegal supply of firearms in connection with the Swapnil Walke Murder case were brought to Goa on Monday afternoon. Crime Branch team led by PI Filomena Costa in joint operation with Bihar Police had arrested 3 from Begusarai for supplying illegal firearm used in the heinous offence.
After a long search haul of over 15 days the Crime Branch team led by Police Inspector Philomena Costa has arrested the accused Shani Kumar S/o Sunil Ram, age 34 years, R/o Ward No.02, Begusarai, Cheria Bariarpur, Turtha Toli Biha, Rahul Kumar S/o Sitwa Dom, age 19 years, R/o ward no.42, Bishnupur, Begusarai, Mirzapur Banduar Bihar 851129 and Kundan Kumar S/o Shamlal Malankarn age 26 years, Noulakha road , ward No-42 PS Town Dist- Begusarai Bihar.
They will be produced before the JMFC for custody.
