All 8 MLAs who gave a shock to Congress in Goa will meet PM Modi.

Eight MLAs, who left the Congress party in Goa last week and joined the BJP, will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Monday. These include former Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat. Goa’s current CM Pramod Sawant reached Delhi airport late in the night with all 8 MLAs, where all will meet PM Modi today.

Before leaving for Delhi, Pramod Sawant, while talking to the media at Goa airport, had informed that 8 MLAs who left Congress and joined BJP last week are going to Delhi to meet PM Modi, I am also going with them. Let us tell you that Michael Lobo and Digambar Kamat were not included in these MLAs. However, they will reach Delhi directly on Monday. State unit president Sadanand Tanawade will also be present in this meeting with PM Modi.

Let us tell you that after the meeting of these MLAs with PM Modi, there is a possibility of meeting BJP President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister Amit Shah as well. After the elections in March this year, the BJP camp retained power in the 40-member Goa Assembly. The BJP now has 28 MLAs in the 40-member assembly, while the Congress’s strength has come down to three.
