CM Sawant announced, Government job will not be available in Goa without experience in private sector.

There is big news for the candidates who are looking for government jobs in Goa. In Goa, it has now been made mandatory to have job experience in the private sector for a government job. CM Pramod Sawant has announced this. He said that now the decision has been taken by the government to make it mandatory for the candidates applying for government jobs to have a minimum of one year’s job experience in the private sector.

While addressing candidates at a job fair organized in the state, the CM said, “It has been seen many times that candidates apply for accountant and other posts before completing their graduation. Also, there was such a provision for PSI job, but now it will not happen. Now for a government job, a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the private sector will be mandatory.

The CM further said, “Old experience will be mandatory for applying in government jobs. Gone are the times when people used to think that after completing their studies, they will get a government job without experience. Explaining the reason behind this decision, the CM said that along with infrastructure, the government is also working in the direction of human resources, after which changes have been considered in the rules of recruitment.
