The Margao Municipal Council has warned of Rs. 200 fine for not wearing mask at the Carnival Parade in Margao.
The Margao carnival parade will be flagged off at 3.30 by the Tourism Minister Manohar Azgaonkar.
The Chief Officer of the Margao Municipal Council has said that social distancing and wearing masks will be strictly monitored.
